I'm So excited to share the winning smoothie contest recipe with you. I've never made a smoothie bowl before, so this was a fun experience. It's tricky for me to get the right consistency, but i liked how this came out.

This protein bowl is packed with Protein, fiber, improved digestion, satiety, and blood sugar stabilization. Health fats, micronutrients, and antioxidants.

Ingredients

1/2 frozen banana

1 cup frozen Pineapple chunks

1 scoop Swirly Cinnamon protein powder

1/4 cup almond milk (more or less, depending on your consistency likings)

1 tbsp ground flax seeds

Toppings

Fresh Raspberries 

Granola (homemade)

1 tbsp Chia Seeds

Instructions

1. Add banana and pineapple to the blender, blend

2. Then add milk, flaxseed, and protein powder. Blend again

2. Add chia seed and let it sit for a minute

3. Pour the content into a bowl top with raspberry and granola

4. Enjoy
