Protein Parlor Shipping, Credit & Return Policy

Order Processing & Shipping Times

At Protein Parlor, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. All orders are fulfilled within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once fulfilled, your package is handed over to the carrier for delivery.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • USPS Domestic (US): 5–9 business days
  • UPS Domestic (US): 5–7 business days
  • GlobalPost (International): 12–16 business days
  • UPS Worldwide (International): 12–16 business days

Please note that these are carrier estimates and are subject to delays due to weather, high order volumes, or other logistical factors beyond our control.

Shipping Carriers & Costs

We ship orders using UPS Ground, USPS First Class, USPS Priority, GlobalPost (International), and UPS Worldwide (International).

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. Protein Parlor does not set shipping rates; they are determined by the selected carrier.

For international shipments, the customer is responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates are provided directly by the carrier and may take up to 24 hours to appear in their system.

  • If you have not received a tracking update within a reasonable timeframe, please check with the carrier first before contacting us.
  • International shipments may experience customs delays beyond our control.

Returns & Order Credits

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns once an item has been opened. However, we do offer order credits or free replacements in specific situations:

Eligible for Order Credit or Free Replacement:

If you experience any of the following issues, please contact us within 30 days (U.S. orders) or 45 days (international orders) of delivery:

  • You received the wrong product or incorrect labels.
  • Your product was expired upon arrival.
  • The inner safety seal was broken or damaged (dented containers with a secure seal do not qualify).
  • Your order was not delivered and the tracking number did not update.

In these cases, we can either:

  1. Reship the order at no cost to you, OR
  2. Issue an order credit for the product cost to use on a future purchase.

How to Request a Replacement or Credit:

To submit a claim, email proteinx.help@gmail.com with:

  • Order number
  • Photo evidence of the issue (if applicable)
  • Your preference: reshipment or order credit

Note: We do not provide refunds—only credits or replacements for verified claims. If you offer money-back guarantees to your customers for reasons not listed above, you assume full financial responsibility.

Order Issues & Lost Packages

If your tracking number shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:

  1. Checking with neighbors or your local post office.
  2. Waiting 1–2 business days for possible delayed delivery.
  3. Contacting the shipping carrier directly.

Protein Parlor is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as "delivered." We recommend adding shipping insurance at checkout for added protection.

International Orders & Customs Fees

For international orders, please check your country’s import policies before purchasing. Some countries require additional documentation or impose import restrictions on nutritional supplements.

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees. If an order is returned due to unpaid duties or customs rejection, we may issue a credit for the product cost only (shipping fees are non-refundable).
  • International shipments may experience customs-related delays of up to 6 weeks.
